Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuums and mops can be customised using a specialized app to save your home's maps as well as set cleaning schedules and select mopping options. They also let you change suction power and fine tune the amount of water and scrub action your mop makes use of.

A mapping function helps your robot navigate around rooms. A feature to avoid obstacles prevents it from running over wires, furniture, or stray toys. These features are crucial in my house that is filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum cleaner, so it is naturally packed with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and even lift its brushes or mop pads so that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It can also see and avoid obstacles, with the ability to spot pets, plants and other small objects.

The robot vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested up to now. It also has PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its location, preventing it from getting stuck on a surface.

The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can apply constant pressure to the pad that is more than 6 Newtons for a thorough clean. It also comes with an automatic mop lifting system which lifts the pad when it goes from tile to laminate hardwood, carpet and rugs, thereby avoiding the possibility of soaking these soft surfaces.

Additionally it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad is capable of rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. This means you can just leave it in place and forget it, only having to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank on occasion.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard mop and vac-settings for around 160 minutes before it started to run out of power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180 minutes Roborock claims, and is on the same level as other hybrids I've tried.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only downside is that it's expensive. But, the sheer number of features makes it a very appealing choice for anyone looking to get rid of their old stick vacuums and mops. We would highly recommend this vacuum if you can justify the cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a high-end combination. The high price is justified by the robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capability and two gyrating mop heads. It has an app-enabled smart controller as well as powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combos available at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed well throughout the home. It was able to eliminate 98.4 percent of debris from all types of floors and managed to lift hair that was long without getting caught in. The mops also performed admirably with excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational motion and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

The docking station is the real selling feature of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and sophisticated. The docking station emptys the trash bin into a bag to collect dirt, fills up the water tank to use for mopping and even dries mop pads. It has a real-time hazards detection system, and its intelligent controls let you schedule regular cleaning sessions.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops that I test The L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris removal on carpets. The mops of the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's numerous top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance and care. To avoid mildew and unpleasant odors, the base unit dustbag, water, and tanks must be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. The mop pads that are sold separately will also require changing regularly.

Given the L10S Ultra's premium price tag and extensive functionality I would recommend it to anyone who has the money for it. For those who are on a budget, I would suggest a more rudimentary model that will allow you to save money while enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at home. It's important to note that even if the L10S Ultra is the best mop and robotic vacuum you can purchase however, its cost and constant maintenance will eventually make it more of a desire than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're in search of a robot mop and vacuum that will pick up dirt and dust on your hard floors while taking care of wet mess then look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac and mop combo packs an impressive suction power of 8,000 Pa, an impressively large battery capacity for mopping and vacuuming and top-quality obstacles-avoiding. It comes with a roller-mop that cleans itself, making it stand out from other models that require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a significant departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs of other robots. Its roller runs almost the entire width of the robot and is continuously dosed with clean, ozonated water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Any dry debris is removed using the side brushes or swept up into the front bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump dirty mop water into its base station where it is sucked in by the tank's heater elements, and then emptied into a larger storage container. The onboard tank is able to hold a large amount of water, and can handle up to a half dozen mopping sessions before rushing out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use straight out of the box as do other robotic vacuums and mops. It will need to be filled with clean water, however this is a simple task by cleaning the dock.  robot vacuum cleaners  can also add cleaning solution to the dock, if you prefer to have the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you do opt for this feature you'll need to purchase the cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that permit you to use your personal choice of cleaners.

Like most robots, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was quick to map out a area and was able to navigate around furniture. The only problem is that it got stuck a few times on larger pile carpets and rugs during my testing however this could be improved when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides many functions at a an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level mop and vacuum cleaner however it has some outstanding features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag and refills its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing the mop pads as they go. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning a good bit of an area before returning to its dock and the vacuum's powerful suction does a nice job of picking up debris and pet hair on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite dense, and offers various options for customizing the cleaning process. You can clean manually all areas mapped by this device or choose individual rooms, an expandable zone or a custom routine you've designed. There are a number of mopping options that include SmartPlan -an algorithm that makes use of the mops' sensors to find the most efficient method to clean your home while it maps the area.

Like all the Roborock models we've evaluated, the Qrevo performs well in our tests. Its navigation system works well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning in a neat way. Its 'Normal" pathing setting covers an area well, and doesn't leave any major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well, however it's not as sophisticated as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like carpets with thick padding, but may not be able to detect smaller objects such as rug tassels and electrical wires.

The machine has a major issue: it doesn't include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who regularly vacuum before using their robot. There's a simple solution: The app offers an option that lets you "clean up" at the conclusion of each session. This lets you use the vacuum's mopping capability to remove the last remnants of dust and debris left behind by your vacuuming. It's a nice touch, and it helps this robot get rid of a bit better than its cheaper rivals.
